Bookings of more than 3 rooms may have different policies and additional charges. Please contact us directly for group bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation:
Travelers who cancel 2 days or more before 12:00 AM (midnight) GMT+13:00 on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows:
- • Travelers who cancel less than 2 days before 12:00 AM (midnight) GMT+13:00 on the day of check-in are charged 100% of the booking amount.
- • No-shows (failure to arrive) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Credit Card Details Requirement
To secure your reservation, a valid credit card number and expiry date are required.
We may charge your credit card in the following situations:
- • Cancellation made within 2 days prior to arrival
- • Late-night arrival or a high possibility of a no-show
- • If the booking falls within the 2-day cancellation policy period
